We believe in maintaining the highest standards of ethical behaviour and transparency in everything we do.
Whether you’re an employee, contractor, client, partner, or someone affected by our work, we want you to feel confident raising any concerns you may have about our operations or conduct.
We have two main ways you can raise concerns.
Our grievance policy
Our grievance policy is designed for general workplace issues, disagreements, and suggestions for improvement.
This could include concerns about working conditions, professional relationships, or day-to-day operations.
We aim to resolve these through open dialogue and constructive discussion, so everyone involved feels heard and respected.
Our whistleblowing policy
Our whistleblowing policy is for more serious concerns about potential wrongdoing, such as illegal activities, safety risks, or ethical breaches.
This policy offers enhanced protections and confidentiality measures, including the option to report anonymously.
We take all reports seriously and are committed to thoroughly investigating concerns while protecting those who raise them from any form of retaliation.
